Return and Exchange Instructions
Delivery range
The delivery service scope only covers the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated remote areas:

Delivery time and store arrangements

• Generally, delivery or store pickup will be arranged for general orders within 2-9 working days after payment.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• In the event of typhoon No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, or there are force majeure events, delivery service will be suspended. Delivery date will be arranged separately.

Other matters
•If it is on the scheduled delivery date and time, someone at the delivery address must sign for the goods. If there is no one to sign for the goods, the delivery staff will wait and contact you again to arrange delivery. A HKD100 re-delivery fee will be charged at that time.

Return and Exchange Instructions

1. For website orders, if the product you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the product is not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you can return it within seven (7) days of the date of receipt or To replace, just:
• The goods are unused and in the condition in which they were sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;
• The packaging of the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered to you; and
• No returns or exchanges of goods will be accepted except in exceptional circumstances. Please read the specified return or exchange policy carefully before ordering. ;

2. If the transaction is paid by credit card, the relevant funds will be refunded to the credit card account where the transaction was made within 4 to 8 weeks from the confirmed refund date. Please pay attention to the monthly statement of your credit card.

3. If any promotional discount is applied to the total purchase amount at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund (refund).

4. Any return or exchange request should be sent to our customer service representative through the live chat room or by filling out and submitting the "Exchange/Refund Application Form". After the return application is successfully submitted, the system will automatically assign a return processing order number. . 5. Unless otherwise specified, a delivery fee will be charged for each order, and the delivery fee is HKD80.

6. The above return and exchange terms only apply to online orders. Orders from store sales customers must inspect the goods in person. Store goods will not be returned or exchanged once they are shipped out.

Cancel order
1. After the online order is confirmed and placed, the logistics process will be automatically carried out, and the system will prepare and ship the goods immediately. Therefore, the order cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed and placed.
